Welcome to Podere Cala Viola!
We have the pleasure of welcoming you to an authentic oasis of peace located in the Natural Park of Porto Conte, in the northwest of Sardinia, just a few kilometers from the historic town center of Alghero and very close to the most beautiful beaches of Riviera del Corallo.
We will offer you a relaxing holiday in one of our 7 independent homes, equipped with an outdoor veranda and surrounded by a lovely garden full of olive and fruit trees, where you can enjoy the tranquility that only nature can offer. You can also try our outdoor jacuzzi and swimming pool, relax in an XL hammock and maybe even taste the organic products that grow on our numerous fruit trees!
CALA VIOLA GREEN EXPERIENCE
To contribute to a low environmental impact vacation, we have installed solar panels in the houses. Our eco-friendly amenities and house cleaning detergents are environmentally friendly, and waste separation is managed in a simple and effective manner.
The careful selection of each material aims to balance the comfort of our guests with a commitment to environmental sustainability. In every house, we provide bed and bath linen made of GOTS or OEKO TEX certified cotton.
At our farmhouse, the joy of immersing oneself in nature translates into respect for the enchanting surrounding environment.
We believe that offering an experience that reflects the values of environmental responsibility is the best way to fully enjoy a vacation amidst nature, sea, and relaxation!

Not just the beach
There are many places nearby that you can visit! Near Porto Conte, 2 km from the Podere, there is the beautiful beach of Baia di Conte. The Grotta of Nettuno, located on the ridge of Capo Caccia, is a must-see stop for those visiting the city of Alghero.
You shouldn’t miss the archaeological sites, including the famous Nuragic site of Palmavera, and the local parks, such as the “Le Prigionette” and “Punta Giglio” forests.
In addition, for scuba diving enthusiasts there are numerous diving spots in open seabeds and submerged grottos, while the nearby Porto Ferro beach is equipped for those who wish to do some surfing.
If you wish to explore the beauty of the area, just a few kilometers from Podere Cala Viola, you’ll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in one of Sardinia’s most important naturalistic routes: the Regional Park of Porto Conte. It’s an extraordinary place, highly recommended for all nature lovers! The park offers three magnificent cycle-hiking trails, safe and suitable for everyone.
