The Podere Cala Viola homestead is the ideal destination for those looking for a holiday full of nature and relaxation, without sacrificing the convenience of being able to reach the many surrounding wonders in just a few minutes!
RELAX IN THE MIDDLE OF THE COUNTRYSIDE
The homes are located on the ground floor and are surrounded by a beautiful garden full of olive and fruit trees. They all have one or two external verandas overlooking the garden, where you can dine while enjoying the tranquility of the garden.
In the large garden, you can enjoy the swimming pool or relax in the jacuzzi. For the exclusive use of the guests, there is also a barbecue area, which is also equipped with a pizza oven!

CALA VIOLA FOR THE ENTIRE FAMILY
For the little ones we came up with a beautiful outdoor children’s area, where they will certainly have lots of fun! We also have high chairs, cradles, and non-toxic dishes for the little ones.
If you are looking for local products, many farmers in the surrounding area sell their fresh fruit and vegetables, including organic.
For lovers of good wine, you should not miss out on a visit to the famous wine cellar of Santa Maria la Palma to try the excellent wines of the area (5 km). A short distance from the Podere there is also a grocery market (1.2 km), pharmacy (5 km), diving center, surf school, as well as numerous agritourisms and restaurants.
Four-legged friends are welcome at our facilities and will be welcomed by our faithful and loveable Pablo, a border collie with a great desire to play.
BEACH AND NATURE
Near Porto Conte, in Sardinia, just 2 km from the beautiful beach of Baia di Conte and very close to the most beautiful beaches of the Riviera del Corallo, Podere Cala Viola offers 7 accomodating and independent homes obtained from the renovation of an antique homestead built in the 1940s!
The beaches worth visiting are many and easily reachable in just minutes: Cala Viola and Cala Porticciolo are 1 minute by car, Beach Mugoni 2 minutes, Le Bombarde, Lazzaretto, and Porto Ferro at 5 minutes.
If you wish, if you proceed north you can also reach the beautiful Argentiera beaches (20 minutes) and “La Pelosa” beach of Stintino (40 minutes). For those arriving by car or motorbike, you can use the free common parking area inside the Podere.
